Return Policy

ERISTONA.COM offers a simple and easy 10-days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

All items purchased from ERISTONA.COM can be returned for a full refund within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider) The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of Eristona Points credited into their account. Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

The items should be unused for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
They should be returned within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, ERISTONA.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share images at help@eristona.com
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. You will also receive 50 Eristona points in your account when returning items yourself, these will reflect in your account once the items have been received & approved by the QC team.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items. In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to ERISTONA.COM. In this case, an amount of 50 ERISTONA Points will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs in the form of a wallet credit. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team-

Log in to the 'My Account' section at ERISTONA.COM
Choose the order that needs modification.
Select the product to return or exchange and fill in the required information.

Credit Returns

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

Cash refund via bank transfer into their account. Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking Or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

A Points credit of the refund value in your ERISTONA.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase on ERISTONA.COM. You may check the issued Wallet Credit under the 'My Points' section, by clicking on 'My Account' on ERISTONA.COM.
