Cancellation And Refund
ERISTONA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched form the warehouse. No cancellations are entertained for orders placed for Special Promotions/Occasions or on Sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. This will be mentioned on the site wherever applicable. In case of damaged or defective consumer durables available on this website, please report to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the Quality Check team has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. In case of refund request, kindly contact us at email@example.com first before sending the order back. Our executive will help you through the procedure. Kindly include your order number so that we can identify the order and proceed with catering to your needs. We would request for you to include the reasons for your refund to help us improve our products/services for the near future.

Please note that any goods returned would only qualify for a return in its original packaging; the plastic security tag binding the jewellery piece must remain intact. No returns/refunds are entertained for orders placed for Special Promotions/Occasions or on Sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Not all goods are subject for a full refund. An exchange or credit note will be provided accordingly. This is subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product. Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your ERISTONA account in a form of Gift Voucher or a cheque of the equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.
We must receive the products within 14 days from the date it was received by you. Items must be unused.
ERISTONA does not accept return/refund/cancellation requests for any earrings to maintain hygiene standard.
